Information on shipping orders

 

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days from our shipping warehouses in Germany or Austria.

 

Depending on the quantity, shipping area, etc., we will determine the appropriate shipping method and the transport company at our discretion.

 

If the items ordered are not in stock, we will send written information to the contact address given in the order.

 

We generally send orders against prepayment (by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
